Mortal City's largest annual sporting event (known as The Break) draws hundreds of thousands of tourists from the surrounding regions which add to the congestion 160 million residents already provide. But the event is often the only ray of hope shared by the citizens of Mortal City as they continue to slave and suffer under the oppressive rule of the city's invasive bureaucracy overseen by the enigmatic administrator, Dr. Edward Andrews. 

This card is the seventh in a set of eleven collector's cards from the First Edition Set created for the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con. There is a very limited supply of cards available for purchase.
